Enjoy the pronounced lyricism, expressive breadth and structural ingenuity of two of Russia’s greatest composers, Tchaikovsky and Prokofiev. Violin soloist Alexandrina Boyanova will perform Prokofiev’s ethereal Violin Concerto No. 1. Hear the power of fate in our lives with Tchaikovsky’s final completed symphony, the Pathetique, a passionate retelling of the story of his life and soul.
